    Mobile Fire-Rescue responded to a shed fire on McArthur Street in Mobile Sunday afternoon.  We're told the shed fire spread to the back of a house next door, melting the siding on the house.   Mobile fire officials say the homeowner had smoke inhalation, but refused treatment.     Mobile Police have arrested and charged a man with two separate murders that happened earlier this summer.  Robert Jones, 31, was arrested Friday night after a brief standoff at a home on South Scott Street. Police say he peacefully surrendered.
