"Check Your Heart" with FOX10 and the American Heart Association

FOX10 News and the American Heart Association invite you and your families to Check Your Heart!

This community event will bring awareness to the prevalence of heart disease along the Gulf Coast and empower people to take control of their heart health.

Event Offerings

  • Health Screenings by Springhill Medical Center: Ask the Doc, Ask the Pharmacist, blood pressure, BMI checks, nutrition consultation smoking cessation assistance
     
  • CPR training from the American Red Cross
     
  • Lifelines Family Counseling Services
     
  • Fun Services: chair massages, live band, meet and greet session with Lenise, Cherish, and Dani
     
  • Giveaways: Edible Arrangements fruit basket, visiting chef, AHA family cookbooks, and Starbucks items
     
  • Heart Healthy Snacks: Tropical Smoothie Cafe sandwiches and wraps, Starbucks sample drinks, grilled turkey dogs and popsicles
