Your resume isn't the only thing potential employers are looking at to evaluate you. Your Facebook page is becoming a part of your evaluation. So, what you post could affect you getting the job over someone else.

Express Employment said they did a study recently and found around 80% of employers are checking out a potential employee's Facebook pages.

The most important tip to remember is be conservative with what you post. You may also set your page to "private."
