George is a shepherd mix puppy that was literally dropped into the arms of an ARF volunteer during a recent fundraiser. He is now about four months old and ready for a life with his very own family.
It was rough for George in the beginning. He and his 7 siblings were dropped off together during the bucket drop fundraiser - the owner put the puppies in the volunteers arms and sped away. The puppies required around the clock nurturing and bottle-feeding every 2 hours. Due to the volunteer's dedication and care five puppies survived and are now healthy and happy! George is an adorable, fun, playful, friendly puppy and is ready to find his new loving forever home!
George is up to date on shots, neutered and micro-chipped. If you are interested in meeting George or any of his three siblings (Charlie - male, Keeper and Kailee - females) please contact ARF at 251-478-9743 or email them at info@animalrescuemobile.org .
There will also be an adoption event this Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Hank Aaron Stadium. It's called Bark in the Park. The animals will be up for adoption during the baseball game. The game starts at 2 pm.
