Baldwin Co. tells residents to prepare

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. - The Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency is strongly encouraging all residents in coastal communities, low lying, flood-prone areas or residents living in mobile homes to monitor conditions and be prepared to take evacuation precautions due to changing weather conditions associated with Hurricane Ida.
