MOBILE, Ala. - Two men have been arrested on burglary charges. It happened at a
business on Rangeline Road around 3:30 a.m. Friday.
Police say when they arrived to the scene, the suspects ran up
to the second floor, then up to the roof. Officers told the
suspects to come down. That's when one of the suspects, Steven
Hirsch, 23, lost his footing, slid off the roof and hit the ground.
The second suspect, George Collier, 29, came back down and was
taken into custody.
Hirsch and Collier were both charged with third degree
burglary.
This isn't the two men's first run-in with the law. Hirsch was
on probation for attempted burglary. Collier was on probation for
second degree robbery.
