BAY MINETTE, Ala. - It's a hung jury in the trial of Eric Buzbee. Another trial is scheduled for sometime in August.
Buzbee is accused of killing popular service station owner Bobby Wilson in 2007.
The judge gave jurors three options: guilty of capital murder, guilty of felony murder, and not guilty. Jurors were instructed they would stay in the deliberation until a verdict is reached. Attorneys beleive it may take a while for them to reach a verdict.
Jurors also watched videos and listening to audio tapes of interrogations. Officials say one of the videos is over 45 minutes long.
In all, 79 witnesses were called to testify in the trial that has lasted almost a month.
Prosecutors say Buzbee committed the crime to get money for his drug habit. However, his defense lawyer says if he robbed Wilson for money, then Buzbee's car would not have been repossessed two weeks after the crime.
