BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. - The murder of service station owner Bobby Wilson happened more than two years ago.

Eric Buzbee, Wilson's accused killer, will face a jury for the third time after two mistrials.

The first trial ended with a hung jury, the second brought about another mistrial. For the third time, Eric Buzbee is getting ready to face a jury.

"We have talked to all of the jurors and now we will come back and make our selections," said Defense Attorney John Beck.

Buzbee is accused of killing service station owner Bobby Wilson in 2007. Both sides are eager to get started.

"We are so ready for Eric to get his day in court and have a jury to hear all of this evidence," Beck said.

"We're glad to get it back in front of a jury and hope to present the best case possible so the jury can reach a verdict," said Baldwin County District Attorney Judy Newcomb.

Newcomb is hoping things will turnout different this time around.

"The first time everybody did the best they could and the jury wasn't able to reach a decision ... this time evidence will be cleared up. The second time just shouldn't have happened," Newcomb said.

The prosecution and defense both said they are ready and confident this time will be the last. Final jury selection is due to be finished Thursday and witnesses could begin testimony then as well.
