Family dispute over T.V.

FOLEY, Ala. - On Wednesday, Foley police responded to a domestic violence call where 22-year-old Thomas Kingsley and his father, Barry Garrett got into an argument over Kingsley attempting to sell his father's T.V. for drug money.

Kingsley grabbed a steak knife and stabbed Garrett in the center of his chest. He stabbed his father so hard that the knife bent. Kingsley was arrested for assault. He was properly secured and transported to the Sheriff Correctional Center.

Medical units took Garrett to South Baldwin Hospital where he was treated and released.
