BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. - Three trials, three jury's and three different outcomes.

The not guilty verdict for Eric Buzbee has divided more than just jurors.

"Justice was served," Buzbee exclaimed after the verdict was read.

Buzbee was accused of killing Spanish Fort Business owner Bobby Wilson in 2007.

Folks in Spanish Fort remain split on the decision.

"Yes, it does surprise me from what I've heard on the TV," said one man. "I thought he'd be guilty."

"Somebody else I think more or less did it," said another woman.

Many people say it all came down to the evidence, or lack of.

"I think the reason why they found him not guilty because they didn't have enough proof or evidence it was him," said another Spanish Fort resident.

"Well, I guess that's our justice system," said another. "If they had enough evidence to convict him I guess they would have. Wouldn't they?"

In the end, justice is what everyone really wants.

"I hope that boy and family gets peace of mind finally and everything is put to rest," said one woman. "I'm hoping they'll be able to find the real killer."

Bobby Wilson's family said they didn't want to comment until Monday.
