MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. - Juvenile Judge Edmond Naman says gun violence among teens is on the rise.
Already this year, 5 kids between the ages of 14 and 15 are charged with murder. Thirty-one teens are facing first degree robbery charges. Judge Naman says it's a cycle that has to stop.
