Nan Williams with the Baldwin County Commissioners Office says the job fair will be an open house format. Human resource managers are only taking online applications, paper resumes will not be accepted.
The job fair will be divided into four sections. "Each one is an individual part of their company. They are going to have their pamphlets and information. That's what they want to do tonight to come and speak with those people and get the information."
After the fair, some lucky job seekers will get personal interviews in the coming months. Cathy Morrow says getting a ThyssenKrupp gig is not so bad especially when some jobs pay roughly $28 an hour.
"The economy has got everybody down, everybody is getting laid off or fired of some sort," said job seeker Morrow.
