DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) -
FBI agents have safely recovered an abducted Alabama teenager in Ohio.

Dothan police Sgt. Rachel David said that federal agents found 15-year-old Ailene Mariz Lander early Saturday. Authorities have taken her stepfather, Charles Dean Partin, and mother, Julie Ann Bethke, into custody. It was not immediately clear whether they will face criminal charges.

David said law enforcement officials have also recovered five siblings.

Alabama police said the girl was abducted by Partin on Monday after she was taken to a doctor's appointment at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan by an employee with the Alabama Department of Human Resources.
