Officer shoots suspect

MOBILE, Ala. - A Mobile police officer shot a suspect this afternoon. It happened outside a service station at Government and McVay.

Police say the suspect ran off after a traffic stop, and even tried to take the officer's Taser.

The suspect was taken to the hospital. The officer is going to be okay.
