FOLEY, Ala. - The man accused of throwing a street sign through a car, killing the driver, is out on bond. Police are now investigating a similar incident in the area as the deadly attack.

Josh Graham says a trip to the video store in Foley this weekend turned into a terrifying ordeal for his 16-year-old brother. According to Graham, someone attacked the teenager in the parking lot.

"My little brother had called me. He was upset, because some guy had pulled in front of his vehicle and got out and was actually hitting the truck with a pipe," Graham said.

Graham's brother got away unharmed, but his pickup truck was damaged.

"He busted up the front grill, one of the headlights. He dented in the right front quarter panel, and did some damage to the door," said Graham.

According to the police report, the teenager's truck was damaged around 9:00 Friday evening. That's just a few hours before authorities discovered an other bizarre attack, which turned out to be deadly.

Investigators say 19-year-old John Hadley threw a street sign through a car on County Road 55 near his house. A man died in the attack.

Hadley's father, Albert Hadley, was charged with filing a false police report in connection with the incident.

Foley Police aren't saying if John Hadley is a suspect in the earlier incident involving Graham's brother.

But, Graham said the teenager got a good look at the person who attacked his truck, and the vehicle he was driving.

"He had a dark blue Trailblazer, actually moved his vehicle in front of my little brother's truck," he said.

There have been no arrest in connection with the attack on the teenager's pickup.
