PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) - Escambia County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested Freddie D. Fountain, 23, of Pensacola on Friday in connection with shootings that left one man dead and two in the hospital.

Fountain was charged with homicide and two weapons charges when he was booked on Jan. 11.

Deputies responded to shots fired on Belair Road around 10 p.m. on Jan. 10. Once on scene, authorities found Aquarious Devaughn, 18, shot to death.

Authorities say Durall Sumler, 20, and Shawn Jordan, 21, were also found with bullet wounds and were transported to local hospitals.

Investigators released a list of seven people, including Fountain, believed to have information on the crime.

Escambia County Investigators have located three people wanted for questioning in the Belair Road homicide. Gregory Clarke, Rodney Overstreet and Jeremiah Andrews are being questioned at this time.

No charges have been filed against any of them.

Investigators continue to look for Travaris J. Stallworth and Kwamane Q. Silas.

Fountain is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and attempted homicide.
