PACE, Fla. (WALA) - Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect that is using a stolen credit card in Pace, Fla.
The Sheriff’s Office says the credit card was stolen during a vehicle burglary in mid-May in the parking lot of the Lowe’s on Highway 90.
Deputies said the suspect stole the victim’s wallet, credit cards, and an iPhone. According to authorities the suspect then made purchases at Raceway Gas on Pensacola Blvd., and Shell Oil located on W Street in Pensacola.
When she later attempted to use the victim’s debit card at a Pen Air Credit Union in Pace the attempts were declined due to the PIN number not being known by the suspect, SRSO offcials said.
The suspect was seen in a vehicle described as an older 4-door car, unknown make or model.
