CRESTVIEW, Fla. (WALA) - Crestview police say a man who broke into a car dealership claimed he was there taking back personal property although he was terminated from the business over a year ago.

Police arrested 30-year-old Jonathan Mullins at the Lee Buick Car Dealership after a customer who was looking at cars called police around 9:40 p.m.

Police said the caller told them they saw a man, Mullins, force his way into the business. When police arrived, they saw the man inside and arrested him after determining he wasn’t allowed on the property.

Mullins was charged with burglary to an unoccupied building, possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief.
