Miss. police hunt bank robbery suspect

Ocean Springs police are searching for a suspect in a robbery at First Bank & Trust on U.S. Highway 90.

Deputy Police Chief Mark Dunston tells The Sun Herald that police got a report of the robbery around 4 p.m. Tuesday just as the bank was about to close.

The suspect allegedly entered the bank and demanded cash from a teller, though authorities said a weapon was not displayed.

The suspect fled the bank on foot and headed west on U.S. 90 with an undisclosed amount of cash.
