PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) - Pensacola Police arrested two men they said had two credit cards, one of which belonged to a suspect's deceased mother, declined at a gentlemen's club.

Police said they arrested Noah Morris, of Cantonment, and Jared Dunn, of Pensacola, on Jan. 11 because they were not able to pay their tab at the club.

A police report said officers were called out about 1 a.m. to the club where a manager told police that Morris and another man rang up a nearly $350 bar tab but could not pay it.

The manager also told police Morris attempted to use credit cards with his mother's name on them. Police officers contacted Morris, whom they described as intoxicated, inside the club. Morris told officers he would pay with his mom's credit cards, he then told officers that she died two days ago.

Police say the club ran the credit card while officers were present and it was declined, Morris then tried to use a credit card with his name on it and it too was declined.

The police report says Morris told officers he and no other way to pay for his tab, Morris was then taken into custody.

Police found an unlabeled pill bottle in Morris' possession, it contained several prescription pills.

After Morris was transported to Escambia County jail police were called back to the club and were alerted to a man passed out in the parking lot.  The club manager identified the man as the one who was with Morris.

Police identified the man as Jared Dunn, he told police that he could not pay for the bar tab either. Dunn was then arrested and taken to jail.
