Fourth suspect arrested in Christmas Day home invasion

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) - Pensacola police arrested a fourth suspect in a home invasion that occurred on Christmas Day 2012.

Police said Joshua Burgess, 20, turned himself in on Friday night at the Pensacola Police Dept. Burgess was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, burglary and robbery.

Officials said Burgess, along with three other men, broke into a home around 10 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2012. Officials said one victim was shot during the disturbance. One of the suspects, Mariquse Williams was shot as well.

Pensacola police said they believe the incident is drug related.

Chaz West and Terrias Lake were also arrested following the home invasion; police said Burgess is the last suspect wanted for the robbery.
