Pensacola police arrest suspect on child pornography

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) - Tuesday, Pensacola police arrested a man who had more than 100 movies containing child pornography on his personal computer.

Officials said they are also investigating people who may have received pornography from 23-year-old Matthew Burbank. The Pensacola man is charged with 25 counts of possession of obscene material and three counts of distribution of obscene communications.

A detective with the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said agents found that Burbank had been downloading child pornography over the Internet and obtained a search warrant.

Burbank is in Escambia County jail on a $280,000 bond.
