All lanes of WB I-10 Bayway reopened

A major accident on the I-10 Bayway in Spanish Fort stopped traffic in the westbound lanes beginning at the Daphne exit around 7:50 a.m. Friday.

The accident occurred near the 32 mile marker around 7:50 a.m. Friday. It appears several vehicles are involved. A pick up was hanging off the side of the bridge and a tanker truck was on fire. Rescue crews are on the scene and have extinguished the fire.
