Students injured when school bus is hit

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - Two children were taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening after a tractor-trailer crashed into their school bus in Panama City Beach.

Authorities say 24 students were riding in the bus Monday afternoon from Hutchison Beach Elementary School.

The bus was dropping off students with its lights flashing when the truck collided with the bus.

School officials say the injuries were not serious.
