GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A 48-year-old Louisiana man with 17 prior DUI arrests has been sentenced to five years without parole for felony drunken driving.
The Sun Herald reports that Judge Larry Bourgeois sentenced Jimmy D. Graves Jr. of Gonzales, La., on Wednesday after Graves was convicted in Harrison County Circuit Court.
Prosecutors say Graves was arrested May 11, 2009, for driving with a blood-alcohol content level twice 0.08 percent legal limit.
