What to bring, what not to bring

MOBILE, Ala. - On Saturday, November 7, Keep Mobile Beautiful will host an Electronics/Computer Recycling event from 8am – 2pm at the Greater Gulf State Fairgrounds. If you have old electronics/computers, working or not, that you no longer need, please recycle them.

The event is free to Mobile area residents.

WHAT TO BRING:

Computers, copiers, radios, cell phones, VCR’s monitors, printers, scanners, computer components, fax machines, televisions, telephones, electronic games, keyboards and laptops.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

Appliances, air conditioners, gas powered equipment, vacuum cleaners, smoke detectors, hazardous materials, and electronics with broken glass.

Volunteers will be on site to unload vehicles.

If you are unable to participate this Saturday, you may deliver your old electronics at any time to Equit-E-Cycle located at 2301 Perimeter Road on the Brookley Complex. Call 251-415-3823 for details and hours of operation.
