Mobile overnight crime recap

On Tuesday morning, Mobile police arrested 19-year-old Kyle Lively for being in possession of a laptop computer that they say was stolen from the Waffle House restaurant on Cottage Hill and Schillinger roads.

The computer was reported stolen back in early April. Lively was charged with receiving stolen property.

Tuesday night, police were called to the intersection of Cottrell Street and Ross Street. A victim had been shot several times in the legs around 9:25pm. An investigation is underway to find the person(s) responsible for the shootings.

The victim is in serious condition at Mobile Infirmary Hospital.
