Warnings discontinue in Gulf Shores

GULF SHORES, Ala. - Tropical storm warnings have been discontinued for the area around Gulf Shores. Little or no damage was received due to Tropical Storm Ida.

All roads are open and all city facilities will reopen at Noon Tuesday.

However, all public beach areas are closed for swimming until further notice due to high surf and strong rip currents.
