FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) - 32-year-old Jeremy Hamill has been taken into custody for allegedly raping two underage girls.
Foley police said one girl was taken to South Baldwin Medical Center for treatment. That's when police were called. After an investigation, Hamill was taken into custody.
Police said just a couple of days later, a second girl came forward, a fourteen year-old.
Police have searched Hamill's residence and collected computers, cell phones, and other devices.
Hamill is charged with two counts of rape, sodomy, enticing a child, and sexual abuse of a juvenile. No other details are being released at this time.
Police say more charges could be pending.
Hamill is being held at the Baldwin County Corrections facility under a 120-thousand dollars bond.
