Marijuana sold to undercover officers

SUMMERDALE, Ala. (WALA) - Baldwin County Sheriff Huey Hoss Mack says Anthony O. Barlow was arrested on drug charges after he sold marijuana to an undercover officer.

Mack says the sales happened on January 6th, and January 11th. Mack says the first time, the sale was for a quarter pound of marijuana, and the second time 3 ounces were sold. Mack says both sales were made in Summerdale.

Barlow's home was searched, where Mack says 1 pound of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was found.

Mack says Barlow was out of jail on bond for theft charges at the time of the sales. He is now charged with possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additional charges may be added.
