Elberta man stabbed with garden shears

ELBERTA, Ala. (WALA) - Baldwin County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a stabbing.

It happened at a mobile home on CC Road in Elberta just before 7 p.m. Monday night. The victim was apparently stabbed at least 9 times with what may have been garden shears and or a knife.

The victim was life-flighted to an area hospital. Investigators have not released his name or condition.

Deputies want to question Trayvis Minnifield in connection to the crime.
