FPD arrests suspected robber at Lowes

FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) - Foley police say a man was arrested at Lowe’s for first degree robbery on Thursday.
Officials say Loss Prevention witnessed Willie L. Conner committing theft and tried to detain him. However, authorities say he resisted and told them he had a gun.
Police say witnesses say Conner had knife clipped to his pants and attempted to grab it, but it was taken away from him before he could get it.
Conner is being held in the Baldwin County Correction Center.
