MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Orange Beach Mayor Tony Kennon is resting comfortably at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center after experiencing chest pains Tuesday afternoon.

He talked to FOX10 News Anchor Bob Grip and said, “I'm doing great. I just had some chest issues and just wanted to come in and make sure that I was able to get up in the morning and take the garbage out.  Everything's good right now. They're going to do some stress tests on me tomorrow and possibly look at whether a heart cath is necessary or not.”

Cardiac catheterization is a medical procedure used to diagnose and treat some heart conditions.
