Forestry officials monitoring marsh fire

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) - The Alabama Forestry Commission wants to alert the public of a marsh fire.

The fire is located about 1.5 miles north of the Bay Way on marsh grassland.

Officials say the fire is contained and there is no danger to the public. The Forestry Commission says it will continue to monitor the fire until it burns itself out.
