One killed in single-car accident

GULF SHORES, Ala. (WALA) - Gulf Shores Police Department identified the person killed in a single-car accident on Sunday as 19-year-old Evan Michael McGhee.

The accident occurred near the six-mile marker on Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores. McGhee was dead upon the arrival of emergency personnel.

Police said a second occupant sustained non-life threatening injuries after the 6 p.m. accident.
