Benefit to be held for Wayne Young

ROBERTSDALE, Ala. - A benefit is being held Saturday for Wayne Young. You may remember Young lost his wife, whom was pregnant, in an accident back in September.

Thirty-eight-year-old Carol Young, her 18 month old son, and husband were on their way home from church, when Young's heart suddenly stopped beating. Young went into cardiac arrest and their vehicle ran off the road. She was 9 months pregnant with a baby girl at the time of the accident. First response was able to save the baby.

The benefit for Wayne Young will begin at 8:00AM at Robertsdale High School. There will be BBQ plates for sale, bake sale, and yard sale. There will also be an auction starting at 1:00PM. The money that is raised will go towards funeral and medical expenses.
