GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - Court records say a suspected drug dealer known as "Magic Mike" in south Mississippi is now scheduled for sentencing in June.

Mike Yuen pleaded guilty Feb. 3 to one count of using a telephone to make an illegal transaction.

Prosecutors say he made a call in Harrison County in May 2009 in which he conspired to possess with intent to distribute more than 100 kilograms of marijuana.

Sentencing was scheduled to take place May 3 before U.S. District Judge Louis Guirola Jr. in Gulfport. It has been pushed back until June 5.

One of Yuen's lawyers asked for the delay because the attorney's wife is nearing the final term of pregnancy and he doesn't want to travel to Mississippi from Florida with her in that condition.
