GULFPORT, Miss. (WALA) - Federal authorities arrested a fourth person in connection to military explosives being found in civilian hands.

Lance Looney was arrested Friday morning at the Saucier Lane property where the explosives were discovered on January 19. An agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms says the exact charges against Looney have not been determined. Looney was scheduled to make his first court appearance Friday afternoon.

The explosives were found after Dale Ray Johnson showed up at a Gulfport Fire station with severe burns. Authorities have said Johnson was cutting into an anti-tank round when it exploded.

ATF agents arrested Jimmy Lee Wilson and David Eugene Bangs on Tuesday. Both men are charged with ulawful possession of destructive devices.

Last week, Wilson's brother, Jack Bernell Wilson was arrested on illegal weapons charges. He is a convicted felon.

Jack Wilson and Jimmy Wilson are uncles of Dale Ray Johnson.
