Mobile Police 2010 vehicle auction list

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - The Mobile Police Department has released its 2010 vehicle auction schedule. All auctions are held at the Mobile Police Department Impound Yard at 1251B Virginia St.

The dates are as follows:

• February 9
• March 9
• April 13
• May 11
• June 8
• July 13
• August 10
• September 14
• October 12
• November 9
• December 14

All bidders must be 18 years of age and are required to register with a valid driver's license. Registration is held from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. the day of each auction, or bidders may pre-register the week prior to the auction at the Impound Yard, 1251B Virginia St.

The vehicles may be previewed at 8:30 a.m. on auction day and bidding begins at 9:00 a.m. Cash and credit cards are the only acceptable forms of payment.

A list of vehicles to be auctioned is printed in the Mobile Press-Register 30 days prior to the auction. The list is also available at the Mobile Police Department Impound Yard.
