MOBILE, Ala.(WALA) - Airbus' official Twitter page said its address will be 320 Airbus Way, Mobile, Ala.

The Twitter post states:

"Assembly line being built. Facility will be located at: 320 Airbus Way, Mobile."

The Mobile Airport Authority said a street sign hasn't been posted yet, but sent an image to show where it will be located.

Construction for the assembly line is set to begin in 2013, and it should be fully operating in 2016.

Since 2003, Mobile Airport Authority has had a strategic plan in place to improve infrastructure around Brookley Aeroplex.

"It's always been important to us to have a quality aeroplex, and now that we have Airbus here that just raises the bar even more," says Mobile Airport Authority Marketing Director, Julie Bordes.

Bordes said the buzz surrounding the company is helping to progress some of their own plans .

"The Airbus announcement just allows us to move faster and get more done quicker," Bordes said.

Some plans include landscaping, new roads, drainage improvements and updated signs. Many projects are already complete and can be seen throughout the grounds.

Officials also said new design standards will be set-up for future buildings.
