MOBILE, Ala. - When Ricky Kent stepped out of his front door Tuesday, he saw a car smashed into his home.

Kent said he heard a "bang" and then felt it."Yeah, it moved me, let me put it that way," he said.

Mobile Police said a woman was driving down Hermitage Avenue with her granddaughter and ran straight through a dead end and right into Kent's home.

Kent helped the family get out of the car.

He said the driver blacked out because she was hot.

"Undeniably, I don't know if she had the A/C on or not, but she said she blacked out and the next thing she knows, she drove in the house," said Kent.

What's more surprising is Kent said this isn't the first time someone's came barreling through his yard.

"They came right through here and hit the tree back yonder."

No matter how many cars roll onto his lawn, or into his house, Kent said he's just glad no one was seriously hurt.

"I'm glad they're okay, that's the main thing," he said. "A house can be replaced, somebody else can't."

Family members took the crash victims to the hospital as a precaution.

They said everyone will be okay.
