MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - When teachers walked into the D-building at Holloway Elementary School Saturday, they noticed broken glass on the ground and a classroom's window shattered.
The principal, Lesha Williams, said two laptops, four LCD’s and four document cameras were stolen. Mobile police officers were on scene dusting for fingerprints Saturday afternoon.

"This is very disheartening because school does start Monday. This is about our children; our students thrive on technology,” Williams said. “They love technology and they've taken things that's going to hinder us for Monday.”
Williams said classes will begin Monday as planned, including those in the burglarized D-building, which houses third and fifth grade students.
