Stolen equipment found at pawn shop

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Singer and songwriter Ryan Balthrop said he returned home on Monday to find thousands of dollars worth of his equipment had been stolen.

Balthrop said with the help of Facebook and some friends, he recovered one of his guitars and his Macbook computer at local pawn shops.

Balthrop said he is impressed with how generous and helpful the community has been, and it reminds him that the things he lost are replaceable.
