Suspected 'peeping Tom' arrested

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - A 64-year-old Mobile man is accused of looking into someone’s window early Monday morning.

Police say the incident happened at an apartment complex.

Shortly after midnight, officers received a call about a suspected prowler at the Pine Bend Apartments off Downtowner.

Police say when they didn’t find a prowler, they left.

A short time later, police say they got another call from the same complex. That’s when police say they found Dean Hall hiding behind an air conditioning unit.

He was arrested and charged with criminal surveillance.
