MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - The Mobile City Council will meet Tuesday, November 13. On the agenda is the authorization of a contract with Jubilee Landscape, Inc., for Michael C. Dow Landing, National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico, GulfQuest.
The landscape and irrigation package is for $95,000 and the hardscape contract is for $392,000.
The Mobile City Council unanimously approved a total of $487,000 in funding for the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico, GulfQuest for landscape, irrigation and hardscape.
The museum is under construction next to the Alabama Cruise Terminal, which has been without a cruise or cruise ship for a year.
