One dead after four-car accident on Interstate 65

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile Police Department Traffic Homicide Investigators continue to investigate a fatal four-car pile-up Sunday on I-65 near Government street.

MPD said the accident, which happened near the overpass near Government St., left Julie Anne Huffman, 53, dead.

Another adult woman and a man were treated at University of South Alabama Medical Center for serious injuries. to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police said Traffic Homicide Investigators will continue the investigation. Anyone with information should call the Mobile Police Department at 208-7211.
