MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - HandsOn South Alabama's mission is to mobilize you to support your community. Every month they put out a list of ways you can get involved.
The July list for Baldwin and Mobile Counties includes a variety of volunteer opportunities.
In Mobile, you can help people dealing with crisis at the LIfelines Counseling Center. They will train you to answer phones at the Family Counseling Center.
The Ronald McDonald House is also looking for volunteers to help in a number of different ways. You can help drop off recyclable items, prepare meals for families, or help out with light office work.
If you are artsy, the Mobile Museum of Art needs volunteers to help out with the ART Blast Summer Camp.

On the Eastern Shore, the South Baldwin Literacy Council is always looking for Studdy Buddies.
The Bay Area Food Bank is looking for SNAP Outreach Volunteer advocates. The advocates will be trained to help with the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known as the Food Stamp Program.
The Prodisee Pantree needs helping packing food boxes and sorting food drives.
