MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Lawyers and prosecutors in the capital murder case of Michael Berry questioned potential jurors on Wednesday.
Berry is accused of gunning down his estranged wife in front of their children in 2010.
The state and the defense are questioning all of the potential jurors to determine who will become one of the 12 for the trial.
District Attorney Ashley Rich says the state will pursue the death penalty but the defense says the jurors could decide on a lesser charge, or life without parole.
