MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile police said they have made one arrest in connection with the Pollard Lane burglary that happened September 20. Investigators said they do not believe the suspect in custody is responsible for the firing shots at the victim.
Officials said Marcus Tremain Jackson is charged with two counts of breaking and entering a vehicle, second degree burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities said he also had four traffic warrants, a domestic violence warrant and a failure to obey warrant.
