One Life-Flighted in Grand Bay accident

Alabama State Troopers are investigating a crash that had one man taken by Life-Flight to a local hospital.

Troopers say 38-year-old Derrick Braswell’s truck left the road at the intersection of McClinton and Potter Tract Roads.

The crash happened Wednesday just after 10 p.m. FOX10's crew on the scene was told the top of the truck had to be cut off to get Braswell out.

Braswell was taken to USA Medical Center for treatment where he was last listed in serious condition.

At this time, the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
